"Truly unprofessional service. The supervisor (Mr. Dev) promised to deliver the items by 1pm but we had to wait for another 3.5 hours and coordinate listening to excuses beyond imagination. When we asked him to let us have contact of the owner then he said owner isn't available to discuss with us. It's a shame that in service industry owner of a business isn't available to hear the issues n concerns of its customers. I told him that we will not pay until we speak to the owner and asked the delivery guy to leave the delivery guy came backa saying that the amount will be deducted from his salary as told by Dev to him. Anyways we finally closed the topic by paying the amount less 10% than bill amount. However I'm surprised how long would this kind of business last whenthe owner isn't ready to listen to customers concerns Thanks"
